I was tasked with leading the transformation program for Emaar Malls, in particular, The Dubai Mall prioritising and addressing business pain points. This program consists of multiple streams in tandem with Emaar’s other business verticals.
Delivered in quick 2-week sprints, the program involves partnerships with Emaar Leadership Team, The Dubai Mall Leadership Team, Marketing, Operations, Guest Services, IT, Traffic, Facilities Management, Relationship Managers and enhanced by our program partners at Accenture Interactive & Fjord Design.
The program begins with a declaring the Service Vision, mapping out customer journeys, planning roadmaps & designing prototypes before building MVPs to end up as products in the Service Catalog.
