Khalid is my first manager when I worked in AIMIA (Rewards Management Middle East) and I can absolutely say that he is my one of the best managers I’ve ever had. He manages his people in a way that empowers them to become an asset in the company. When you did awesome job he would not reserve compliments. He maintains his composure in times of pressure and his sharp judgment on critical issues facing the team is always reliable. He has earned the respect among his peers and his seamless work on project such as when the company has implemented it’s first “Miles Expiry” gave him constant accolades across the organization.

Lastly, his technical prowess and leadership skills make him a manager that anyone can be proud of.
